Additionally, we have instituted a communications plan that will still allow you to reach our staff to answer questions, review orders, take a virtual tour through our showrooms or just browse and shop while we wait out this event. Any and all transactions can be done virtually should you need to do so.

We are excited to be bringing in many new items into our showrooms this year  including many new American Made products and are looking forward to when we can share them with you in person, but for now, we will continue to update our website and bring you more fresh content in the coming weeks.

While nothing beats the physical feel of the merchandise we carry, we understand that sometimes you are unable to visit. With the current situation and our locations being closed, you can conveniently take a stroll through our showrooms via our Google Tours.

Additionally you can view collections on our website or that of any of the manufacturers we carry and call for pricing, availability and purchase. We are setup to answer your questions remotely so give us a call, email or text us below.

 

Stock Inventory Levels & Special Orders

While we are still taking Special Orders, we do have an abundance of in-stock Furniture Collections, Umbrellas, Heaters, Firepits, Grills and more. Know what you want? Give us a call or text us below and see availability. First come first serve for stock items. You can still expect the best customer service and of course guaranteed lowest prices on like items, including the internet.

 

No-Contact Deliveries

While we recognize the severity of the current situation, business must go on. We’ve instituted a new “No-Contact Delivery” strategy at California Patio. It is still our white glove delivery service, but all items can be dropped at your door, driveway or even installed in your backyard while keeping our distance to ensure your safety. Our Drivers wear gloves and will wipe down your furniture post delivery.

The delivery will be thoroughly inspected, photos taken and any defects noted before departure. You will need to contact us immediately to notify us of any issues and you will receive a call and email follow up. Any balances due can be taken over the phone to our corporate offices.

 

 

Delivery Considerations

While we still providing white glove delivery services as well as shipping,  out of concern for all — customers, employees, drivers and their families — Our delivery times have been adjusted to reflect the situation and we have had to cut back on delivery days. Please be patient.  We will resume our normal delivery routes when this situation improves and it is responsible for us to do so.

 

 

 

Lead Time Considerations

It should go without saying but any special orders are likely going to have the lead times increased and we apologize for this – this is out of our control. We are working with our vendors right now to fill orders that have been previously placed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, any new Special Orders are likely to take longer than the standard 4-6 weeks lead time.
