- Providing complete details will help us process your service or warranty request more quickly.
- Required fields (marked with an asterisk) must be completed for us to review your warranty claim.
- Photos of the product damage are required for all warranty requests. After submitting your claim form, please email images to warranty@californiapatio.com including your name and phone number.
- A copy of your original sales receipt or invoice is required by the manufacturer to validate all claims.
- Please note that warranty claims not fully covered by the manufacturer’s written warranty may incur shipping and/or labor fees. Our Warranty Coordinator will communicate if that is the case ahead of time.
- Once your warranty request is submitted, please allow 7–10 business days for us to provide next steps based on the manufacturer’s response.
- All warranties are issued by the product manufacturer. While California Patio assists in facilitating your claim, we do not assume liability for the manufacturer’s warranty.
